Basic Workflow
A simple 3-step walkthrough: create template → connect sender → send email.
This page gives you a quick overview of the basic steps to start sending emails with BaseMailer.
Whether you're using it for marketing, internal communication, or customer outreach — follow this flow to get going in minutes.
Step 1: Choose or Create a Template
Start with the default template or design your own
Go to the Templates tab
Use the preloaded template, or click New Template
Use the drag-and-drop builder to customize your email
Add dynamic fields like
{{First Name}}
for personalization
Step 2: Connect a Sender Account
Send emails using Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP
Go to the Sender Accounts tab
Click + New Account
Authorize Gmail or Outlook, or enter SMTP settings manually
Step 3: Send Your Email
Choose your table, select a template, and launch your email
Go to the Send Emails tab
Select your Airtable table and email column
Choose your connected sender account
Pick your email template
Click Send Email
Once you’ve completed these 3 steps, your campaign is on its way.
