Basic Workflow

This page gives you a quick overview of the basic steps to start sending emails with BaseMailer.

Whether you’re using it for marketing, internal communication, or customer outreach — follow this flow to get going in minutes.

Step 1: Choose or Create a Template

Start with the default template or design your own

  • Go to the Templates tab
  • Use the preloaded template, or click New Template
  • Use the drag-and-drop builder to customize your email
  • Add dynamic fields like {{First Name}} for personalization

Step 2: Connect a Sender Account

Send emails using Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP

  • Go to the Sender Accounts tab
  • Click + New Account
  • Authorize Gmail or Outlook, or enter SMTP settings manually

Step 3: Send Your Email

Choose your table, select a template, and launch your email

  • Go to the Send Emails tab
  • Select your Airtable table and email column
  • Choose your connected sender account
  • Pick your email template
  • Click Send Email

Once you’ve completed these 3 steps, your campaign is on its way.
