Basic Workflow
This page gives you a quick overview of the basic steps to start sending emails with BaseMailer.
Whether you’re using it for marketing, internal communication, or customer outreach — follow this flow to get going in minutes.
Step 1: Choose or Create a Template
Start with the default template or design your own
- Go to the Templates tab
 - Use the preloaded template, or click New Template
 - Use the drag-and-drop builder to customize your email
 - Add dynamic fields like 
{{First Name}}for personalization 
Step 2: Connect a Sender Account
Send emails using Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP
- Go to the Sender Accounts tab
 - Click + New Account
 - Authorize Gmail or Outlook, or enter SMTP settings manually
 
Step 3: Send Your Email
Choose your table, select a template, and launch your email
- Go to the Send Emails tab
 - Select your Airtable table and email column
 - Choose your connected sender account
 - Pick your email template
 - Click Send Email
 
Once you’ve completed these 3 steps, your campaign is on its way.
