Selecting Airtable Records
BaseMailer gives you flexibility to define your recipients directly from your Airtable base.
How to Select Records
-
Go to the Send Emails tab
-
Choose the Airtable table that contains your contacts
-
Select how you want to choose recipients:
- Manually Select Records — checkboxes next to each row
- Use a View — pick a filtered Airtable view (great for targeting)
Things to Keep in Mind
- Make sure the selected records include a valid email in the email column
- Use Airtable filters to predefine segments (e.g.
Status = ActiveorPlan = Pro) - Avoid selecting records with missing or invalid email addresses
Using Lookup Fields for Email Addresses
BaseMailer also supports lookup fields as the email field.
If your recipient email address is stored in a linked Airtable record and shown through a lookup field, you can use that field as long as it contains a valid email address.
✅ Tip: Use Airtable views to manage dynamic recipient groups without reselecting each time.
