Connecting Outlook

How to connect Outlook account to send emails through BaseMailer.

BaseMailer supports Outlook so you can send emails from your Microsoft account with ease and reliability.

Steps to Connect Outlook

1. Go to the Sender Accounts tab

2. Click + New Account

3. Select Outlook from the connection options

4. A Microsoft login window will open — sign in with the Outlook account you want to use

5. Accept the requested permissions to authorize BaseMailer

6. Once connected, your account will be listed with a Connected status

Notes

• You can add multiple Outlook accounts per workspace

• If access is revoked or expires, you can reauthorize the connection anytime

• Outlook accounts are tied to individual workspaces — other workspaces won't share senders
