Action Logs

Track all send activity, delivery results, and errors in one place.

BaseMailer’s Action Logs provide a transparent, detailed record of every email event in your campaign.

What You'll See

For each email sent, the log includes:

  • Timestamp of when it was processed

  • Recipient email address

  • Sender account used

  • Template used

  • Delivery status (Success, Failed, Pending)

  • Error messages (if any)

How to Use Logs

  1. Go to the Action Logs tab

  2. Filter by date or campaign

  3. Use the search bar to locate specific emails or issues.

Tips

  • Use Action Logs to troubleshoot failed sends

  • Download logs if needed for reporting or support

  • Match error messages (e.g. “invalid email”, “SMTP auth failed”) with corrective steps
