Installation

New to BaseMailer? This quick walkthrough shows you how to install BaseMailer in Airtable and complete the initial workspace setup so you can start sending emails faster.

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Open your Airtable base
    • Navigate to the base where you want to use BaseMailer.
  2. Open the Extensions panel
    • Go to the top menu and click Tools → Extensions.
  3. Add a new extension
    • In the Extensions panel, click on ”+ Add an extension”.
  4. Search for BaseMailer
    • Type “BaseMailer” into the search bar.
    • Select BaseMailer from the results.
  5. Click Install
    • Click “Install”, and follow the prompts to authorize permissions.
  6. BaseMailer is now added
    • You’ll see the BaseMailer panel inside your Airtable base.

Permissions

When installing BaseMailer, you’ll be asked to:

  • Authorize access to your Airtable base data
  • Enable sending emails through connected accounts (Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP)

These permissions are required to enable personalized email creation, sending, and tracking from your data.
