Sender Accounts

Sender accounts let you send emails from BaseMailer using your own email provider. You can connect Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP and choose the account you want to use when sending emails from Airtable.

Available Sender Account Options

Gmail

A simple option for users who want to send emails through their Google account.

Outlook

A good choice for users who use Microsoft accounts for business or team communication.

SMTP

Useful when you want to send through a custom mail server or a third-party email provider.

Which Option Should You Choose?

Choose Gmail if you already use Google Workspace or a personal Gmail account for sending emails.

Choose Outlook if your team works with Microsoft 365 or Outlook-based email accounts.

Choose SMTP if you want more flexibility or use another email service that provides SMTP credentials.
