Schedule emails to be sent automatically at a specific date and time right from your Airtable base.

No need for extra tools or complicated workflows. With BaseMailer’s Email Scheduling, you have full control over when your emails go out.

How to Schedule an Email

  1. Go to the Send Emails tab
  2. Select your Table, Email Column, Sender Account, and Email Template
  3. Click the Schedule Email button
  4. In the popup:
    • Choose your Date
    • Set your Time
  5. Click Schedule Email to confirm

You’ll see a preview of the scheduled time before final confirmation.

📌 All scheduled times are based on your local time zone.


View Scheduled Emails

To manage your scheduled sends:

  • Click the “View Scheduled Emails” button on the top right
  • You’ll see a list of all upcoming emails with their scheduled send times

From here, you can:

  • Cancel pending emails
  • Track their status
  • Reschedule if needed
