Email History

BaseMailer’s Email History tab gives you insights into how your campaigns performed.

What You Can Track

• Total number of emails sent
• Open rates and click rates
• Bounced or failed deliveries
• Recipient-level activity (e.g. who opened/clicked)

How to Access

1. Go to the Email History tab

2. Select a campaign or time range to view metrics

3. Click into a specific email to see:

   • Recipient name and email
   • Open status
   • Click status
   • Send timestamp

Tips

• Use this data to measure campaign performance
• Resend or follow up with unopened emails based on history
• Combine with Airtable views to filter and act on engaged recipients
