Collaborate with your team by inviting users and organizing your email assets.

BaseMailer supports multi-user collaboration inside workspaces. You can manage templates, campaigns, and sender accounts with your team.

What is a Workspace?

A workspace is a shared environment where your team can:

  • Create and manage email templates

  • Share connected sender accounts

  • Send and track campaigns

  • Control billing and access

Each Airtable base using BaseMailer is linked to a specific workspace.


Adding Users

Invite your team to collaborate:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings

  2. Click Invite User

  3. Enter the user’s email address

  4. Choose their role: Admin or Member


Roles Explained

Admin

  • Full access to settings, billing, users, and campaigns

Member

  • Can build and send campaigns, but can’t change workspace settings or billing


Tips

  • Use separate workspaces for different clients or departments

  • Share templates and sender accounts only with users in the same workspace
