BaseMailer supports multi-user collaboration inside workspaces. You can manage templates, campaigns, and sender accounts with your team.
What is a Workspace?
A workspace is a shared environment where your team can:
Create and manage email templates
Share connected sender accounts
Send and track campaigns
Control billing and access
Each Airtable base using BaseMailer is linked to a specific workspace.
Adding Users
Invite your team to collaborate:
Go to Workspace Settings
Click Invite User
Enter the user’s email address
Choose their role: Admin or Member
Roles Explained
Admin
Full access to settings, billing, users, and campaigns
Member
Can build and send campaigns, but can’t change workspace settings or billing
Tips
Use separate workspaces for different clients or departments
Share templates and sender accounts only with users in the same workspace
