Workspaces & Users
BaseMailer supports multi-user collaboration inside workspaces. You can manage templates, campaigns, and sender accounts with your team.
What is a Workspace?
A workspace is a shared environment where your team can:
- Create and manage email templates
 - Share connected sender accounts
 - Send and track campaigns
 - Control billing and access
 
Each Airtable base using BaseMailer is linked to a specific workspace.
Adding Users
Invite your team to collaborate:
- Go to Workspace Settings
 - Click Invite User
 - Enter the user’s email address
 - Choose their role: Admin or Member
 
Roles Explained
Admin
- Full access to settings, billing, users, and campaigns
 
Member
- Can build and send campaigns, but can’t change workspace settings or billing
 
Tips
- Use separate workspaces for different clients or departments
 - Share templates and sender accounts only with users in the same workspace
