Previewing and Sending Emails

Before sending your campaign, BaseMailer lets you preview the final email and check for personalization or formatting issues.

Preview Your Email

1. After selecting your template and records, click Preview
2. View how the email will appear for each selected record
3. Check that tokens like {{First Name}} are correctly replaced

✅ Use arrows or pagination to preview multiple recipients

Send a Test Email

• Click Send Test Email to send the email to yourself
• Helps verify layout, links, and appearance in your inbox

Sending the Campaign

Once everything looks good:

1. Review your selected table, email column, template, and sender account
2. Click Send Email
3. BaseMailer will start sending the email to each selected record

⏱ Status and logs will be available in the Action Logs and Email History tabs
