BaseMailer lets you insert unsubscribe and manage preference links in your emails using unsubscribe groups. Giving your recipients control and keeping you compliant.

How to Set It Up

1. Go to Settings → Unsubscribe Groups
2. Create one or more groups like Marketing, Updates, or Newsletters
3. In your email template, select the relevant group from the dropdown
4. Insert:
   • {{unsubscribe}} — one-click unsubscribe link
   • {{manage-preference}} — opens a preferences page with group options

How the Links Work

• {{unsubscribe}}: Removes the recipient from the selected group
• {{manage-preference}}: Lets the recipient select which groups they want to stay subscribed to

All group status is stored and managed inside your Airtable base.
